   I’m Mark Preston. I’ve spent more than twenty years delivering change in high-pressure environments, including senior leadership roles inside Amazon, where pace of change is high and results are non-negotiable.

   Change can feel exciting and daunting at the same time. Priorities constantly change, targets slip,  pressure mounts and leaders carry the weight.  Companies often know exactly what success looks like, yet the path to success is unclear. That’s where I come in.

I guide ambitious leaders through the fast-moving world we live in where business is constantly trying to keep pace with customer expectation and technology advances.

My approach is collaborative. I don’t coach from the sidelines. I get hands on to help solve real challenges.
